Wendys EXPOSED!
Ok I love Wendys...and on my way home from work today I stopped in to get a spicy chicken combo. While standing there waiting on my fries I happened to really look at the menu for the first time ever I believe. They always ask you: would you like to "biggie size" your combo? For only 49 cents you can have a biggie order of fries and a biggie drink. I always say "no thank you"...for one thing the drink won't fit in the cup holder in my car. Well you get a medium order of fries and a medium drink with a combo. I'll break down the numbers for you here:
Medium Fries: $1.29
Medium Drink: $1.29
Biggie Fries: $1.39
Biggie Drink: $1.39
So the difference in the fries and drinks are only a DIME...TWENTY cents would upgrade you to the "biggie" fries and drink..yet they charge you 49 cents when you "biggie size" your combo!!!! Seems like they are ripping people off...if you order seperately it will cost you 20 cents but if you get the "deal" it costs 49 cents! Sounds like a great deal to me (if you are Wendys!)

I'm always tempted to get the Biggie/Super/King size just for the shear fact that it's a better deal, whether or not I'm hungry enough for it. LOL
I haven't had a spicy chicken combo from Wendy's since I was at OU. Those were the days! Go to the Union, grab Wendy's, head off to west Oklahoma/Texas for a chase...
